For those who enjoy the scientific details, Fitzgerald provides numerous resources. But for those of us who just want the action steps without knowing all the whys, she provides simpler instructions, like drinking green tea instead of black tea.

I love how Fitzgerald provides a blueprint to follow — including eating plans, lots of recipes, shopping lists, and lifestyle suggestions. She also explains how to tailor the program to individual preferences, life stages, and genes.
