Servings: 8 | Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 1 package (17.3 ounces) grand-size refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

  • 2 snack-size cups (3 1/2 ounces each) prepared vanilla or chocolate pudding

  • ½ cup, powdered sugar

  • 2 large resealable plastic bags

Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the separated biscuits on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake 11-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Place powdered sugar in first resealable bag.
  5. Place one biscuit in the first resealable bag. Seal bag and shake until biscuit is heavily coated with powdered sugar.
  6. Remove the biscuit from the bag and place on a stackable cooling rack.
  7. Repeat with remaining biscuits.
  8. Cut a small slit into the side of each biscuit with a paring knife. This is where the filling will go.
  9. Fill the second resealable bag with the pudding. Seal it, then snip the tip.
  10. Gently insert bag into side of one biscuit and squeeze pudding inside just until the biscuit’s center begins to rise.
  11. Repeat with remaining biscuits.
  12. Serve warm or at room temperature. Refrigerate leftovers.

Variation: Boston Creme Biscuits: Leave out the powdered sugar. Allow the baked biscuits to cool to room temperature. Frost tops of biscuits with can of chocolate frosting. Fill with vanilla pudding.
