Servings: 12  |  Prep Time: 10 minutes  |  Cook Time: 10-12 minutes

Cook’s Tip:  Swap ingredients to elevate the pizzas. Try pesto with chicken (my personal favorite).

Yes. Assemble this pizza bagel recipe up to a day ahead, cover, and refrigerate — then bake when you’re ready. They’re best straight from the oven, so hold off on baking until snack time.

What can you put on each pizza bagel?

Start with sauce and mozzarella, then make them your own: pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, olives, onions, mushrooms — even pineapple will work. Pesto-and-chicken is a favorite twist on a classic pizza bagel recipe.

Can you freeze mini pizza bagels?

Yes. Freeze baked mini pizza bagels in a single layer, then move them to a freezer bag. Reheat in a 375°F oven straight from frozen until hot and crisp — a quick snack any time.
