Puffy, Fluffy, Dreamy Pudding Pillows
Tender, flaky biscuits filled with a creamy, sweet surprise will become a go to treat that you can make with 3 ingredients!
Servings: 8 | Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:

1 package (17.3 ounces) grand-size refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

2 snack-size cups (3 1/2 ounces each) prepared vanilla or chocolate pudding

½ cup, powdered sugar

2 large resealable plastic bags
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Place the separated biscuits on a baking sheet.
- Bake 11-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Place powdered sugar in first resealable bag.
- Place one biscuit in the first resealable bag. Seal bag and shake until biscuit is heavily coated with powdered sugar.
- Remove the biscuit from the bag and place on a stackable cooling rack.
- Repeat with remaining biscuits.
- Cut a small slit into the side of each biscuit with a paring knife. This is where the filling will go.
- Fill the second resealable bag with the pudding. Seal it, then snip the tip.
- Gently insert bag into side of one biscuit and squeeze pudding inside just until the biscuit’s center begins to rise.
- Repeat with remaining biscuits.
- Serve warm or at room temperature. Refrigerate leftovers.
Variation: Boston Creme Biscuits: Leave out the powdered sugar. Allow the baked biscuits to cool to room temperature. Frost tops of biscuits with can of chocolate frosting. Fill with vanilla pudding.
