Mini Pizza Bagels That Even Grownups Crave

Easy, Cheesy, and Made Your Way!

Why settle for store-bought when you can make crispy, cheesy mini pizza bagels at home using fresh, high-quality ingredients? These easy-to-make, bite-sized treats are perfect for snacks, quick lunches, or game nights. Customize each one with your favorite toppings — pepperoni, veggies, or extra cheese — and leave out anything you don’t love. Whether making them with your grandkids or satisfying a grown-up craving, these homemade pizza bagels offer the perfect mix of flavor, convenience, and fun!

Servings: 12  |  Prep Time: 10 minutes  |  Cook Time: 10-12 minutes

Cook’s Tip:  Swap ingredients to elevate the pizzas. Try pesto with chicken (my personal favorite).

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 jar of your favorite pizza sauce
  • 1 mini bagels (12 count pre-sliced)
  • 1 (16oz) bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Optional toppings – olives, onions, mushrooms or anything else you like

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Split the bagels in two and lay them on a sheet pan.
  • Spoon a tablespoon of the sauce on each half of the bagel.
  • Add additional toppings on each one
  • Sprinkle each bagel half with shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Add Italian seasoning on top of the cheese.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove from oven

Enjoy!
