KC Bailey was born in Dallas, where she now resides. She graduated from the University of Illinois and spent most of her career with the University of California and in the US Government in Washington DC. She is an author of fiction and non-fiction books. As a painter and photographer, she uses her middle name, Cordelia. "Revenge In Kind" is her first screenplay and feature film.
