John Vernon has been a practicing attorney for more than 42 years in International Mergers & Acquisitions, Franchising, and Trade Law. He is also an Adjunct Law and Human Rights Professor at SMU and Pro Bono Counsel in Human Rights cases in the U.S. and abroad. Vernon is an author and frequent speaker on International Law and Human Rights issues domestically and globally.
