Free Trauma Therapy for Texas Flood Survivors
Support for families and children through August 2025

Grief, fear, and uncertainty don’t disappear overnight. Now through August, trauma therapy sessions are available at no cost to help Texas families begin to heal after the devastating Central Texas floods.
Julia Hoffman, licensed family crisis therapist and founder of Hoffman Collaborative Therapy, is offering complimentary sessions to individuals, parents, and children directly affected by the disaster — or anyone still grappling with its emotional toll.
With a master’s in marriage and family therapy and extensive experience in grief, trauma, and crisis care, Julia brings compassionate support and clarity to every session. She is a member of both the National Alliance for Children’s Grief (NACG) and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC).
Sessions may include support in:
- Talking to children about loss, fear, and uncertainty
- Understanding and navigating how trauma affects each family member differently.
- Making space for grief while also welcoming moments of joy in family life.
Whether your family experienced direct loss firsthand or is still feeling the ripple effects, Hoffman offers a steady, judgment-free space to help you slow down, feel supported, and begin to heal amid the uncertainty.
