Before Joyffles, Joyce was the principal at Friedmann & Associates, a full-service boutique agency serving Broadway shows and touring productions, arts & culture, academic, and nonprofit organizations specializing in communications, marketing, education, community outreach, and fundraising. Joyce also served as the Chief Development Officer at Theatre Communications Group; was a major gift officer and special advisor at the Pace School of Performing Arts; Press Director and lecturer at the Yale Repertory Theatre/Yale School of Drama; and associate press and advertising director at Center Theatre Group in Los Angeles.
