Bren Rapp

Bren Rapp is an award-winning producer with over 40 staged works to her credit across New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Dallas, with a focus on new work development. She is best known for co-producing the critically acclaimed one-man biographical hit I’M NOT A COMEDIAN...I’M LENNY BRUCE, starring Ronnie Marmo and directed by Tony Award winner and Emmy nominee Joe Mantegna. Most recently, in April 2024, she produced MURROW by Joseph Vitale—another biographical work—for the Elevator Project at the AT&T Performing Arts Center in Dallas. As founder and producing president of Fun House Theatre and Film (2011–2017), one of Dallas’s most highly awarded theatre companies, Bren was honored with a special citation from the DFW Critics Forum for her innovative work as a producer. She is also the co-founder of The Classics Theatre Project (2018–present) and continues to produce freelance projects for a range of Dallas-Fort Worth theater companies. In addition to her theater work, Bren has over 20 years of experience developing and marketing entertainment and professional sports content. She has worked with several of the NFL and NBA’s most prominent franchises as well as on league-wide initiatives, with a focus on documentary storytelling. Her television and film credits as associate producer include the Emmy-nominated docuseries CASUALTIES OF THE GRIDIRON, ESPN’s BONDS ON BONDS, and THE SHAQUILLE O'NEAL COMEDY ROASTS.
